Orders & pricing

Payments

Payments are collected online through our payment gateway (such as Cashfree or Razorpay). By paying, you authorise the gateway to charge your selected payment method. We do not store your full payment credentials.

Delivery

We deliver within the gated communities and serving areas shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with demand, weather, and kitchen load. Please provide accurate delivery details so we can reach you.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Food & allergens

Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens (including dairy, gluten, nuts, and soy). If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering. You are responsible for checking that items are suitable for you.
